NEKO!

12:19

All you need is LOVE and A CAT.

But why stop at one when you can have more?

You'll be in cat lovers' heaven with the bunch of furry cuddles at The Cat Cafe.

It was my second visit to The Cat Cafe and thank goodness they're still one of the most affordable cat cafes around town with a $15 flat rate inclusive of a drink. :)

Read about my first visit here.

Customized coffee cups at the entrance.

It was rather crowded in the evening, so we had to wait in line for around 20 minutes. (You can leave your number and pax and their staff will call you when there are vacancies available)

I met a few familiar faces the moment I stepped into the cafe. Well, hi there.

Garfield is as grumpy as usual.

The kitties were mostly lazing about and being sedentary.

My friends saw the Cat Condo Complex and exclaimed, "Look! It's real-life Neko Atsume!"

Every-purrdy is napping.

We can't disturb the sleeping cats, so we just hung around to chat.

When it was dinner time, we ordered Lasagne, Chicken Rice and Macaroni and Cheese with chips. :)

Now, that was when the fragrance of the food lured the cats over to our table.

One particularly bold cat jumped onto our table, sniffed inquisitively and attempted to snitch a bite/ paw at our food. The others merely milled around and tried placing their paws on the table.

We were pretty amused but we didn't know how to keep the cats away, so we had to ask for help from the cafe's friendly staff. Haha. He carried the cat off our table.

At night, they were more active. This sleepyhead who had been napping for the past 3 hours straight finally opened its eyes.

Nua-ing.

They have really beautiful eyes.

I would say it was a really nice environment for a catchup session with friends.

Even if you're there with acquaintances, you won't even have to worry about awkward silences because you could always randomly squeal, "OOOOH look at that cat!"

Cats make everything alright. :)

Before we left, we managed to witness their feeding time at 9+pm. The cats literally swarmed over for their food.

That's too many enthusiastic, cuddly furballs for me to handle. It's so tempting for me to get a cat of my own too.

I guess I really do need some cat therapy once in a while.
