Tuna and Ham Salad Wrap Recipe

When you want to cook a meal at home but decides that you're sick of rice, noodles, pasta, bread or pizza, you make DIY salad rolls. 

Now, this is how we roll. (HAHA geddit?)

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 can of pre-cooked tuna
- 4 slices of ham
- Lettuce
- 1 tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 225g all-purpose flour
- Water 
- Cooking oil
- Dressings like mayonnaise (optional)

Method:
1. Remove white ribs from lettuce and slice lettuce leaves into shreds. Douse in warm water to clean.
2. Slice tomatoes into cubes.
3. Boil ham slices.
4. Leave fillings aside.
5. To make the wrap, in a mixing bowl, add flour and crack in the eggs. Slowly stir in 115ml water and add in 1/4 teaspoonful of salt. Sprinkle in a dash of pepper for taste. 
6. Beat the mixture till smooth. If mixture is too floury, add in more water. Ensure that the mixture is consistent.
7. Heat a pan till medium, and lightly spray the bottom of the pan with cooking oil. 
8. Using about 1.5 ladles of batter for each wrap, spread the batter over the bottom of the pan evenly and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until the wrap is firm.
9. Gently remove wrap from pan and repeat for the next 7 wraps. 
10. Using a spoon, spread the ingredients on the wrap. Top with dressings like mayonnaise if desired.
11. Firmly roll up the wraps and trim the sides. 
12. Cut rolls into slices, garnish and serve.
